Senior High campers love to chill and make friends. So, we provide plenty of time for campers to connect with each other and build deep and real relationships while also pushing the bounds of energy at time with late night games, theme nights, competition, and general crazy fun. Our Sr. High program will focus on bearing good fruit for the life that God has prepared for them. Sr. High campers will be challenged to consider others needs ahead of their own while considering what Christ has done for them.
Sr. High camps are housed on The Ridge where they stay in our tabit housing. Commonly known as platform tents, the tabits are more rustic and intimate allowing for campers to build close friendships. Our Sr. High campers also have the ability to choose between 2 great programs geared specifically for them.
Sr. High Camp activities include: glow night, high ropes, night games, free time, basketball, go Karts, tetherball, petting farm, hiking, 4 square, gaga ball, playground time, swimming, waterfront activities, and chapel.
If you are looking for a completely different camp experience, try our Adventure Camp. This week of camp calls and caters to the adventuresome soul in all of us. This week involves a 2 day, 1 night off site trip allowing campers to cook over a fire, sleep in a tent, enjoy water activities, hiking and more. The focus of this camp will be to surround our campers in God’s creation and marvel at all He has made. On the return to camp, campers will get to enjoy many of our amazing camp activities and games they have come to know and love at Pine Ridge. This will be an adventure they won’t want to miss!
Pictured Rocks Trip:
Hiking along the soaring, beautiful bluffs over Lake Superior is worth every single step of along hike. Participating campers will need to be physically fit to hike for good portions of three days. We will tent camp for four nights along the trail, taking some extra time to visit other popular spots on the Pictured Rocks National Lake Shore. Space is limited.
