The mission of Pine Ridge is to share and model the message of Jesus in a safe, innovative, and relational setting. We accomplish this through a team of passionate and dedicated summer team members that are committed to living out their faith in community with our campers. Pine Ridge serves campers from 1st to 12th grades in a variety of programs each summer. We have our Oasis campus that serves elementary campers. We also have our Ridge campus that serves middle and senior high campers. To run all of these programs a wide variety of jobs are available each summer. See the Job Descriptions links on the side bar of this page.
Most summer staff members are required to live on-site and commit to the entire summer, including a week of training and ten weeks of summer camp. Some exceptions can be made, but those will be made on a case by case basis. The compensation package includes salary, housing, and all meals.
