Praising God
· Great summer with 172 salvation decisions and many other spiritual commitments!
· Complete staff that faithfully modeled Christ to kids all summer
· We had over 100 more campers than last year!
· Over $10,000 in scholarships was donated, helping 73 children go to camp.
· We raised over $2000 toward missions in Africa (Sierra Leone) & South America (Bolivia)
· Josh asked Jesus to be his Lord and Savior.
· Brenda’s sister found a great job.
· Our secretary’s husband found a great job after being laid off and volunteering at camp a while.
· Lenz family is home safely waiting for baby!
Praying to God
· For health and safety of our extended families
· For our complete surrender to God’s will for our lives, family, and ministry!
· For many campers who made significant decisions this summer… that they would continue to walk closely & grow in Christ.
· For full funding for the new dining hall & winter retreat center.
· For clear direction during Fall/Winter Ministry… Bible Clubs, Teen Connectors, Camper follow-up, Outreach Events, Planning…
· For at least 3 more financial partners on our ministry team in 2007
· For Peace and a former youth, Nick, who’s going to serve in Iraq
