Kevin became the Executive Director in 2002 after serving in varying Camp roles since 1988. Kevin has a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Masters degree in Religious Education from Grand Rapids Theological Seminary. Currently, Kevin also is involved in the West Michigan community by serving as vice chairman on the board of CBH Ministries (formerly Chidlren's Bible Hour) as well as chairing the Nelson Township Planning Commission. In addition, he serves on the Michigan cabinet of CCCA (Christian Camps and Conference Association) as the President Elect. Kevin has taught an under graduate course at Cornerstone University, Philosophy and Administration of Camping. Kevin loves the Camp ministry, reading, sports, and his family.

Michelle is the Director of Business Operations at Pine Ridge. She is full-time mom of Jadon, born July 30, 2002, Chloe, born May 24, 2004, and Levi, born August 24, 2006. Michelle has a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Masters degree in Education in College Student Affairs Leadership. Michelle enjoys creative memories, chocolate, and playing with her children.
